If you have iCloud, you can sync it with your iPhone to view your calendar, but to edit you'll need a larger screen (for convenience).
Pros :
- The digital planner is ideal for migrating from a physical planner to a digital one, if you like the romance of writing by hand without harming any trees in the process.
- It will allow you to explore your creativity while planning your life; you can add stickers, images, unlimited colors, etc.
Cons
- This planner is an interactive PDF; you can write on it, but you can't edit its content. It's like writing on an image (that's why the magic stylus is needed).
- You need an external application (PDF editor) to use it. The flexibility you have depends on the application. I recommend GoodNotes, but it has an additional cost. Others that are free to use with limitations are Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes, etc.
Notion
Main reason: You want to take your productivity and organization to the next level.
What kind of person are you? If your lists are lists, and you need mental, physical, and digital order all at once, Notion will allow you to create a system for your adult life without dying or crying in the process.
Devices: Cell phone, iPad/tablet, Laptop/Computer.
Notion is available for all devices; as this template has multiple databases, it is more convenient to edit them on larger screens, but it can be used on all of them.
Pros :
- Notion is FREE (for personal use) so there will be no extra costs.
- All pages and databases are editable so you can customize this system to suit your needs. (Includes a guide)
- It's ideal for organizing large volumes of data, projects, to-do lists, finances, and more, and syncing everything in one place. It can also be linked to Google Calendar.
- You can invite another person to collaborate; it's useful for projects, travel planning, etc.
Cons
- The possibilities are almost endless, so the learning curve is longer. You'll need an extra 2 hours in your life to watch the guide on how to use the templates if you want to customize them, and maybe another hour if you're new to Notion.
- Design or aesthetic customization is more limited; you can use few colors as text and only 3 types of fonts.
